Go to the in-game settings and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any previously purchased items, including the Pro Pass, Remove Ads, and coin packs. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The Pro Pass is an optional subscription that unlocks double coins, daily chests, exclusive club cards, premium balls, and an ad-free experience. It's available as a monthly, annual, or lifetime option. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings.
You can add friends using their unique friend code. Tap the Friends tab in-game, then enter their code to send a friend request. You can also share your own code with others so they can add you.
New live events launch every week with unique rules and exclusive prizes. Check the Events tab in-game to see current and upcoming tournaments.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Sign in with Apple." This links your progress to your Apple ID so you can recover your account if you switch devices.
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If you're still experiencing problems, contact us via email with a description of the issue and your device model.
