Apex Studios ("we," "our," or "us") built Vector Golf as a free-to-play app with optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Vector Golf uses anonymous authentication by default. You do not need to provide any personal information to play the game. If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides (such as a unique user identifier), and we do not receive your real email address unless you choose to share it.
We may collect the following types of data to improve your experience:
Gameplay Data: Your in-game progress, trophies, statistics, and achievements are stored to maintain your profile and enable features like leaderboards and friend challenges.
Device Information: We may collect general device information such as device type and operating system version for crash reporting and performance optimization.
Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the app, including screen views, session duration, and feature usage. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and error reports to help us identify and fix bugs.
Vector Golf displays ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded video ads and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. On iOS 14 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before using your device identifier for personalized advertising. You can choose to deny this request, and you will still be able to play the game — ads will simply be less personalized.
Pro Pass subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
Vector Golf uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Supabase: For user authentication, profiles, and game data storage.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: For analytics and crash reporting.
Google AdMob: For serving advertisements.
RevenueCat: For managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
We retain your gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at akajonathanmckinley@gmail.com.
Vector Golf is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
